Stakeholders Attribute - detail view

Image:RequirementsDetailWindowMaximizedStakeholdersDetail.png

Stakeholders have a personal interest in the Requirements gathered in the Project. While Groups can be used to assign ownership of a Requirement to a functional organization, Stakeholders can be used to assign specific Action Required to each Requirement.

This window contains the Detail View for the Stakeholders linked to each Requirement. The List View and the Detail View are linked together, but the Detail View allows the user to view and edit more information about the given Stakeholder. Some information, such as the Stakeholder Description, is common to the Stakeholder and not to the Requirement - in other words, if you change the Stakeholder Description in this window then you will be changing the Description for the Stakeholder everywhere within the Project.

If a Stakeholder has been linked to a Requirement that is currently listed in the Requirement Summary window, and the Stakeholder has been given an Email address, then the Stakeholder will automatically be included in the Stakeholders Email Wizard.

To find this window from the Requirement Summary window, click the Show Detail button to open the Requirements Detail window, then click Stakeholders in the Requirement Attributes list, before finally clicking on the Detail View tab.
