This window allows the user to save the current filter for use at a later time.
By default, the Filter Properties window is not displayed when the user clicks on the Refresh button in the Requirements Summary window. To have this window open before applying the selected filter criteria, click the Options button, select the Miscellaneous tab, then check the box labeled Show Filter Preferences before Refreshing the Summary window.
To find this window from the Requirements Summary window, click the Refresh... button then select the Save and Load Filters tab.
Controls and information available to the user:
- Filter Names (List Box)
- A list of all the Filters Names within the project
- Sort By (Option Group)
- Sort the Filters as selected
- X (Label)
- Additional column added to the list indicating whether or not the item has been marked as Deleted
- Save New... (Button)
- Add a new Filter to the project
- Rename... (Button)
- Rename the selected Filter name
- Update (Button)
- Update the selected Filter with the current Filter Criteria
- Delete (Button)
- Mark the selected Filter as "Deleted"
- Options... (Button)
- Pop up the Display Preferences window as related to the attribute
- OK (Button)
- Finish modifications and close the window
- Cancel (Button)
- Cancel the changes that were made
- Apply (Button)
- Save the changes that were made
- Restore Defaults (Button)
- Restore the default factory settings for the Simple and Advanced Filters
